Improving Sleep

Trouble sleeping is often a sign that your nervous system hasn't shifted out of stress mode. Your Daily® can help you find better rest.

Understanding Sleep Issues

When your nervous system is activated, your body doesn't feel safe enough to sleep. You might experience:

  • Trouble falling asleep
  • Waking frequently during the night
  • Waking up too early
  • Not feeling rested even after sleeping
  • Racing thoughts at bedtime
  • Physical tension that keeps you awake

What to share:

  • What type of sleep issues you're experiencing
  • When they started or what makes them worse

Building Better Sleep Habits

Try these practices:

  1. Evening wind-down routine - Use a calming tool 30-60 minutes before bed
  2. Release the day - Do a short somatic practice to let go of tension
  3. Consistent timing - Help your nervous system learn when it's safe to rest

Even if sleep doesn't improve immediately, you're teaching your body that it's safe to relax.
