Creating Your Account

Setting up your Your Daily® account takes just a few minutes. Here's how to get started.

If you purchased your membership through our website, you already have an account. Learn how to sign in →

Create Your Account​

When you first open the Your Daily® app, you'll be guided through the account creation process:

  1. Enter your first and last name - Use the first name that you prefer for being addressed
  2. Enter your email address - This will be used to sign in to your account
  3. Look for your verification code email - You will be sent an email to verify your email address. Enter the code from that email when prompted
  4. Create a password - Choose a secure password you'll remember
  5. Complete the onboarding - Answer a few questions to help personalize your experience

Your Free Trial​

When you create your account, you'll automatically start a 3-day free trial with full access to all features, including:

  • AI Health Coach conversations
  • Somatic exercises
  • Guided meditations
  • Journal prompts
  • All courses and learning programs
  • Upcoming live events
  • Playback of past events

During your free trial, you can explore everything Your Daily® has to offer without any payment required.

What Happens After the Trial?​

After your 3-day trial ends, you can:

  • Continue with a paid membership - Keep full access to all premium features
  • Use free features without a membership - Continue using binaural beats and select free content without a membership

Privacy & Confidentiality​

Your conversations with the AI Health Coach are confidential. While anonymized summaries help us improve the app, they're never linked to you personally.
