Signing In with an Existing Account

If you purchased your membership through our website at https://yourdaily.health/membership/, an account was automatically created for you. This guide will help you sign in to the app.

Your Login Credentials

When you completed your purchase on the website, you should have received:

  1. Your login email - The email address you used during checkout
  2. A temporary password - This was shown on-screen after your purchase and also sent to your email

If you can't find the email with your temporary password, check your spam/junk folder, or see the troubleshooting section below.

How to Sign In

When you first open the Your Daily® app after installation:

  1. You'll see a welcome screen highlighting the app's features
  2. Tap the Log In link (not the "Sign Up" button)
  3. Enter your email address and temporary password
  4. Tap Log In
Change Your Password

After signing in for the first time, we recommend changing your temporary password to something more memorable. You can do this from the Settings screen (tap the gear icon on the Home screen).

If You Accidentally Tap "Sign Up"

If you accidentally tap the "Sign Up" button instead of "Log In":

  1. Look for the link that says "Already have an account? Log In"
  2. Tap that link to go to the login screen
  3. Enter your email and temporary password
Don't Create a Duplicate Account

If you already have an account from your web purchase, don't create a new account. This will create a duplicate account without your membership benefits. Always use the "Log In" option instead.

Troubleshooting

Can't Find Your Temporary Password Email?

If you can't locate the email with your temporary password:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder - Sometimes automated emails end up there
  2. Search your email - Search for emails from Your Daily or yourdaily.health
  3. Reset your password - On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" to reset it

Forgot Which Email You Used?

If you're not sure which email address you used for your purchase:

  • Look for the purchase receipt in your email accounts
  • Contact support for help: Contact Us

Password Not Working?

If your temporary password isn't working:

  1. Make sure you're copying it exactly as shown (watch out for extra spaces)
  2. Try typing it manually instead of copying/pasting
  3. Use the "Forgot Password?" link to reset it

Created a Duplicate Account by Mistake?

If you accidentally created a new account instead of signing in to your existing one:

  1. Sign out of the new account
  2. Sign in with your original email and temporary password
