Changing Your Password
You can change your password anytime from the Settings screen in the app.
Steps to Change Your Password
If you are signed in to the app, and would like to change your password:
- Open Settings - Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Home screen
- Go to Account Info - Expand the Account Info section
- Select Change Password - Tap on "Change Password"
- Enter Passwords
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Submit - Tap the submit button to save your changes
Password Requirements
Your new password should be:
- Secure and unique
- Something you'll remember
- Different from your current password
Your new password must include:
- At least 8 characters
- No more than 32 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter A-Z
- At least 1 lowercase letter a-z
- At least 1 number 0-9
- At least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*)
Troubleshooting
I forgot my current password
If you don't remember your current password:
- Sign out of the app, if you are currently logged in
- On the login screen, tap "Forgot password"
- Follow the instructions to reset your password via email
- Check your email (including spam folder) for the reset link
I didn't receive the password reset email
If you are using the "Forgot Passowrd" screen, linked from the Log In screen, and haven't received the password reset email:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address for your account
- Wait a few minutes - emails can sometimes be delayed
- If you still don't receive it, contact support@yourdaily.health
I'm having trouble changing my password
If you encounter errors when changing your password:
- Make sure you're entering your current password correctly
- Ensure your new password meets any requirements
- Check that you have a stable internet connection
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Contact support if the problem persists
