Creating Your Account

Setting up your Your Daily® account takes just a few minutes. Here's how to get started.

If you purchased your membership through our website, you already have an account. Learn how to sign in →

Create Your Account​

When you first open the Your Daily® app, tap Sign Up to begin. You'll be guided through a short onboarding survey before creating your account:

  1. Complete the onboarding survey - Answer a few questions to help personalize your experience
  2. Enter your name and email address - Provide your first name, last name, and the email address you'd like to use for your account
  3. Check your email for a magic link - You'll receive an email with a sign-in link. Tap that link to activate your account and open the app — no password needed

That's it! There's no password to create or remember.

Didn't receive the email?

Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, double-check that you entered your email address correctly. If you didn't receive the email, you can request a new link from the app.

Your Free Trial​

When you create your account, you'll automatically start a 3-day free trial with full access to all features, including:

  • AI Health Coach conversations
  • Somatic exercises
  • Guided meditations
  • Journal prompts
  • All courses and learning programs
  • Upcoming live events
  • Playback of past events

During your free trial, you can explore everything Your Daily® has to offer without any payment required.

What Happens After the Trial?​

After your 3-day trial ends, you can:

  • Continue with a paid membership - Keep full access to all premium features
  • Use free features without a membership - Continue using binaural beats and select free content without a membership

Privacy & Confidentiality​

Your conversations with the AI Health Coach are confidential. While anonymized summaries help us improve the app, they're never linked to you personally.
