Signing In with an Existing Account
If you purchased your membership through our website at https://yourdaily.health/membership/, an account was automatically created for you. This guide will help you sign in to the app.
Your Login Credentials
When you completed your purchase on the website, you should have received:
- Your login email - The email address you used during checkout
- A temporary password - This was shown on-screen after your purchase and also sent to your email
If you can't find the email with your temporary password, check your spam/junk folder, or see the troubleshooting section below.
How to Sign In
When you first open the Your Daily® app after installation:
- You'll see a welcome screen highlighting the app's features
- Tap the Log In link (not the "Sign Up" button)
- Choose how you'd like to sign in (see options below)
Option 1: Email & Password
Enter your email address and password, then tap Log In.
You can change your password anytime from the Settings screen (tap the gear icon on the Home screen).

Option 2: Magic Link (Passwordless)
Prefer not to use a password? You can sign in with a magic link instead:
- Enter your email address on the login screen
- Tap the option to send a magic link
- Check your email for a sign-in link and tap it to open the app — no password needed
Make sure you enter the same email address you used when you created your account. If you use a different email, a new duplicate account will be created instead of signing you in.
Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, double-check that you entered your email address correctly. If you didn't receive the email, you can request a new link from the app.
If You Accidentally Tap "Sign Up"
If you accidentally tap the "Sign Up" button instead of "Log In":
- Look for the link that says "Already have an account? Log In"
- Tap that link to go to the login screen
- Sign in using either your password or a magic link
If you already have an account, don't complete the sign-up flow. This will create a duplicate account without your membership benefits. Always use the "Log In" option instead.
Troubleshooting
Can't Find Your Temporary Password Email?
If you can't locate the email with your temporary password:
- Check your spam/junk folder - Sometimes automated emails end up there
- Search your email - Search for emails from Your Daily or yourdaily.health
- Use a magic link instead - On the login screen, use the magic link option to sign in without your password
- Reset your password - On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" to reset it

If you're not sure which email address you used for your purchase:
- Look for the purchase receipt in your email accounts

Password Not Working?
If your password isn't working:
- Make sure you're copying it exactly as shown (watch out for extra spaces)
- Try typing it manually instead of copying/pasting
- Use the magic link option to sign in without a password
- Use the "Forgot Password?" link to reset your password
Created a Duplicate Account by Mistake?
If you accidentally created a new account instead of signing in to your existing one:
- Sign out of the new account
- Sign in with your original email and password (or use a magic link)
