Troubleshooting Login Issues

Having trouble logging into Your Daily®? Here are solutions to common problems.

If you requested a magic link but are having trouble with it:

Didn't Receive the Email

  1. Check your spam/junk folder - Sign-in emails sometimes end up there
  2. Wait a few minutes - Email delivery can occasionally be delayed
  3. Verify your email address - Make sure you entered the correct address, with no typos or extra spaces
  4. Request a new link - Return to the login screen and request another one

If tapping the link opens a web page instead of the app:

  1. Make sure you have the Your Daily® app installed on your device
  2. Try tapping the link again from within your email app (not a web browser)
  3. If that doesn't work, try copying the link and pasting it into your browser — you should be prompted to open the app

Magic links expire after a short time. If your link is no longer working:

  1. Return to the login screen in the app
  2. Request a new magic link
  3. Tap the new link promptly

Reset Your Password

If you have an existing account with a password and can't remember it, or it doesn't seem to be working:

  1. Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check for the password reset email (including spam folder)
  4. Follow the link in the email to set a new password
  5. Once your password has been reset, go back to the Log In screen, and enter your account email address and the password that you just set.
Use a magic link instead

If you have trouble with your password, you can also sign in using a magic link — no password required. See Signing In with an Existing Account for instructions.

Can't Remember Account Email

If you don't remember which email address you used to create your account:

Check Email History

Search your email inboxes for messages from "Your Daily App" or "app@yourdaily.health" to find which address received account emails.

Contact Support

If you can't identify your account email:

  1. Email support@yourdaily.health from any email address you might have used
  2. Provide any details that might help identify your account (name, approximate signup date)
  3. Support can help verify which email is associated with your account

Account Issues

Wrong Password Error

If you're certain you're entering the correct password but getting an error:

  1. Check that caps lock is off
  2. Try typing your password in a notes app first to verify it, then copy/paste into the login field
  3. Use the "Forgot password" option to reset your password
  4. Alternatively, use the magic link option to sign in without a password

Previously Deleted Account

If you previously deleted your account and want to return:

  • You'll need to create a new account
  • Your previous data cannot be recovered
  • Contact support@yourdaily.health if you need assistance
