Troubleshooting Sign-Up Issues

Having trouble signing up for Your Daily®? Here are solutions to common problems.

When you sign up for a new account, you'll receive an email containing a sign-in link. Tap that link to activate your account and open the app.

If you haven't received the email:

Check Your Spam Folder

Sign-in emails sometimes end up in spam or junk folders. Check these folders in your email app.

Wait a Few Minutes

Email delivery can occasionally be delayed. Wait 5-10 minutes and check your inbox again.

Verify Your Email Address

Make sure you entered the correct email address — check for typos and extra spaces.

  1. Return to the sign-up screen in the app
  2. Re-enter your name and email address
  3. Double-check that you're typing your email address correctly
  4. A new magic link email will be sent to you

Contact Support

If you still aren't receiving the email:

  1. Email support@yourdaily.health and let us know about the issue
  2. Provide any details that might help identify your account (name, approximate signup date)
  3. We will get back to you as soon as we can with a solution
