Troubleshooting Sign-Up Issues
Having trouble signing up for Your Daily®? Here are solutions to common problems.
Didn't Receive Your Magic Link Email
When you sign up for a new account, you'll receive an email containing a sign-in link. Tap that link to activate your account and open the app.
If you haven't received the email:
Check Your Spam Folder
Sign-in emails sometimes end up in spam or junk folders. Check these folders in your email app.
Wait a Few Minutes
Email delivery can occasionally be delayed. Wait 5-10 minutes and check your inbox again.
Verify Your Email Address
Make sure you entered the correct email address — check for typos and extra spaces.
Request a New Link
- Return to the sign-up screen in the app
- Re-enter your name and email address
- Double-check that you're typing your email address correctly
- A new magic link email will be sent to you
Contact Support
If you still aren't receiving the email:
- Email support@yourdaily.health and let us know about the issue
- Provide any details that might help identify your account (name, approximate signup date)
- We will get back to you as soon as we can with a solution
