Courses and Learning

Your Daily® offers structured learning programs about nervous system health, wellness, and how to use the app. All course content is reviewed for scientific accuracy by a PhD health research scientist on staff at Your Daily®.

Accessing Courses

Tap the Learn tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Types of Courses

Free Courses

A selection of courses is available to all users, including:

  • All about the de-stress tools used in the Your Daily® app
  • Introduction to nervous system basics
  • Getting started with regulation

Premium Courses

Deeper programs covering topics like nervous system regulation, gut health, stress management, hormone health, trauma healing, and more. Access depends on your membership tier:

  • Your Daily Plus members — All premium courses are included with your membership
  • Your Daily members — Free courses and member-exclusive are included; additional courses are available to purchase à la carte
  • Free users — Can purchase individual courses à la carte

Course Features

Video Lessons

Each course contains video lessons that teach concepts and practices.

Helpful feature: If you pause mid-lesson, the video will resume where you left off next time.

Track Your Progress

The app saves your progress as you work through courses, so you can learn at your own pace.

Favorites

Mark lessons as favorites to easily return to them later.

Finding the Right Course

Use the AI Health Coach: Ask for course recommendations based on your symptoms or interests.

Browse by topic: Explore available courses in the Learn tab.

Viewing Your Courses

Access My Courses to see:

  • Courses you've started
  • Your progress in each course
  • Lessons you've marked as favorites

Learning vs. Doing

Remember: Information alone doesn't create change. Use what you learn in courses along with the app's practical tools (somatic exercises, meditations, etc.) for the best results. When the course tells you to take action based on the lesson material, taking that action is how you can really start to make changes in your daily life.
