How to access: Your Daily Plan is front and center on the Home screen every time you open the app.

Use the AI Health Coach

The AI Health Coach can help you understand what's contributing to your gut issues and recommend personalized tools.

How to access: Tap the AI Health Coach button on the Home screen or navigate to the Coach tab.

What to share:

  • Describe your gut symptoms (bloating, pain, irregularity, etc.)
  • Mention when symptoms tend to happen
  • Share any patterns you've noticed

The coach will help you identify whether your gut issues are related to stress, diet, or other factors, then guide you to helpful tools.

Use the Check-In

For quick relief when gut symptoms flare up, use the Check-In to get immediate tool recommendations based on how you're feeling.

How to access: Tap De-Stress Tools on the Home screen, then select Check-In.
