How to Access
This screen appears automatically after you submit your daily check-in from the Check-In screen.
What You Can Do
- View personalized recommendations organized by time commitment
- Access recommended somatic exercises, journal prompts, meditations, and binaural beats
- Navigate directly to recommended tools

Success Message: "Well Done!" header celebrating your completion of the check-in.
Personalized Recommendations: Four cards showing tools matched to your check-in responses:
- 2 minutes: Somatic exercises for quick relief
- 8 minutes: Journal prompts for reflection
- 11 minutes: Guided meditations
- 30+ minutes: Binaural beats for extended relaxation
Tool Cards: Each recommendation card shows:
- Time commitment label
- Tool thumbnail image
- Tool title
- Tool type (e.g., "Somatic Exercises", "Journal Prompts")
- Lock icon (if membership required)
Info Card: Helpful guidance about using your recommendations appears at the bottom.
