Check-In

The Check-In helps you reflect on your current state and receive personalized tool recommendations based on how you're feeling.

How to Access

  • Tap "Check-in" from the De-Stress Home screen
  • Available from the green "Check-in" button on De-Stress tools

What You Can Do

  • Record how you're feeling mentally, physically, and emotionally
  • Select multiple feelings that apply to you
  • Get personalized recommendations for calming tools
  • Track your daily wellness patterns

Screen Elements

The check-in has three sequential screens:

Mind Screen:

  • Title: "Let's check in with your thoughts..."
  • Select all feelings that describe your mental state
  • Tap "Go to Body" when ready (becomes active after selecting at least one option)

Body Screen:

  • Title: "And now your body..."
  • Select all physical sensations you're experiencing
  • Tap "Go to Emotions" when ready
  • "Back to mind" link to return to previous screen

Emotions Screen:

  • Title: "Lastly, how are your emotions?"
  • Select all emotions that describe your current state
  • Tap "Check In" to submit and see recommendations
  • "Back to body" link to return to previous screen

Selection Buttons: Toggle buttons that turn orange when selected. You can choose as many as apply to you.

Info Card: Helpful tips about the check-in process appear at the bottom of the screen.
