The De-Stress Home screen is your gateway to calming tools and activities designed to help you relax and find balance.

How to Access

  • Tap "De-Stress Tools" from the Home Screen
  • Select the "De-Stress" tab from the bottom navigation bar

What You Can Do

  • Complete your daily check-in for personalized recommendations
  • Browse different types of calming tools
  • Access meditations, breathing exercises, journal prompts, and more
