How to Access
- Tap "De-Stress Tools" from the Home Screen
- Select the "De-Stress" tab from the bottom navigation bar

- Complete your daily check-in for personalized recommendations
- Browse different types of calming tools
- Access meditations, breathing exercises, journal prompts, and more
