Account Settings & Membership

Manage your account, membership, and app preferences from the Settings screen.

Accessing Settings

From the Home screen, tap the three dots icon in the top-right corner.

Settings Sections

Reminder Settings

Control when and if you receive daily reminders to use the app.

Options:

  • Choose what time of day to receive reminders

Tip: Setting a reminder at a consistent time helps build a daily practice.

If you want to turn reminders on or off altogether, please use the Notifications area in your device's Settings app.

Account Info

View and manage your account details.

What you can do:

  • Update your first and last name
  • Change your password (for users who signed up with a password)
  • View membership status
  • Subscribe to membership
  • Cancel an existing membership
  • Request account data deletion
  • Reload account data (if information isn't displaying correctly)
  • Sign out of your account

Membership Details

Expand the Membership section to:

  • See your current membership tier and status
  • View subscription details
  • Manage your subscription

Purchases

View all courses and content you've accessed, including:

  • Course titles
  • When you started each course
  • Whether courses are free or paid
  • Completion status

App Info

View information about the current app version.

Useful for:

  • Providing version info to support if you have issues
  • Checking you're on the latest version

Clear Cache: If you're experiencing display issues or missing information, try clearing the app's cache here.

Managing Membership

Free Trial

New users get a 3-day free trial with full access to all features.

Membership Tiers

After the trial, you can choose a membership tier:

  • Your Daily — Full access to Daily Plans, AI Health Coach, all De-Stress Tools, and free courses (additional courses available à la carte)
  • Your Daily Plus — Everything in Your Daily, plus access to all Events (live and past) and all courses included

Without a Membership

Without a paid membership you still have access to a selection of De-Stress Tools (a few of each type, except Journal Prompts), a handful of free courses, and the ability to purchase individual courses à la carte.

Canceling Membership

You can initiate cancellation from Account Info > Membership section.

Reloading Data

If membership information isn't displaying correctly, or if you modified your membership outside the app, use the Reload Data button.

Privacy & Data

Account Deletion

You can request account data deletion from the Account Info section.

What happens:

  • Identifying information is removed
  • Some anonymized data is retained for statistical purposes
  • This action cannot be undone
  • If you decide you want to use the app again, you can always create a new account
