Understanding Disconnection

When you've been in survival mode for a long time, you might:

  • Feel numb or disconnected from your emotions
  • Have trouble knowing what you need or want
  • Struggle to feel sensations in your body
  • Go through the motions without really being present
  • Have difficulty trusting yourself
  • Feel like you're watching your life from the outside

The AI Health Coach can guide you through the process of reconnecting with yourself at a pace that feels safe.

How to access: Tap the AI Health Coach button on the Home screen or navigate to the Coach tab.

What to share:

  • How the disconnection feels
  • What you'd like to reconnect with (your body, emotions, needs, etc.)
  • What feels hard about connecting right now

The coach will offer gentle practices to help you come back to yourself.

Building Reconnection

  3. Practice regularly - Even 2-5 minutes daily helps
  4. Trust the process - Reconnection happens gradually
