Contact Us

The Contact Us screen allows you to send messages directly to the Your Daily® support team.

How to Access

  • Navigate to the "More" tab in the bottom navigation bar
  • Select "Contact Us" from the menu
  • May auto-open with pre-filled subject for one-on-one coaching inquiries

What You Can Do

  • Send messages to the support team
  • Ask questions or report issues
  • Request help with billing or technical problems
  • Provide feedback about the app
  • Inquire about one-on-one coaching services

Screen Elements

One-on-One Coaching Notice (when applicable):

  • Special message about personalized coaching services
  • Instructions to describe your situation and how coaching might help
  • Note that the team will respond with next steps

Topic Dropdown (for general contact):

  • "What do you want to talk about?"
  • Options include:
    • I need help!
    • I have a billing question
    • I want to report a bug in the app
    • I have a suggestion for improving the app
    • Other/I just wanted to share

Subject Field: Enter a brief subject line for your message.

Body Field: Large text area for your detailed message (minimum 6 lines).

Submit Button: Sends your message to the support team.

Validation: Required fields are highlighted in pink if you try to submit without completing them.

Success Message: After submission, you'll see confirmation that your message was sent and the team will respond soon.

Send Another Message: After successful submission, use this button to send another message or ask a follow-up question.
