How to access: Tap the AI Health Coach button on the Home screen or navigate to the Coach tab.

What to share:

  • How the anxiety feels in your body

  • What triggers it or when it tends to happen

The coach will identify what your body needs and guide you to practices that can help you feel calmer.

Use the Check-In

When anxiety strikes and you need quick relief, the Check-In gives you immediate tool recommendations.

How to access: Tap De-Stress Tools on the Home screen, then select Check-In.
